Good evening Wheatmore High School, this is Principal Johnson with a few important announcements.

We have stopped allowing students to charge their lunch.  Make sure your students have lunch or lunch money so that they are not hungry during the school day.  Please visit the payment center www.k12paymentcenter.com to place money on your students account, or to pay an outstanding account balance.

Attendance waivers have been distributed to any student that missed 6 or more days in any one class.  Waivers are due back on Friday, May 25. All waivers and documentation must be returned to Guidance or to the Main Office to be considered.  Please make this a priority.

The Wheatmore Choral Department will have its Spring Concert on Tuesday, May 22 at 7:00 PM in our auditorium. This concert is free and will feature performances by our Treble Choir, Baritone Ensemble, and Voices of Valor. Please come out and hear these talented students!

The spring athletic wards banquet will be held on May 23 @ 6:30 in the auditorium. Teams are asked to bring the following food items:

Meat/Deli Trays: Track

Veggies/Dips: Soccer

Chips/Dips/Cheeses: Tennis & Golf

Bread: Baseball

Desserts: Softball

The Wheatmore Band Department will have its Spring Concert on Thursday, May 24 at 7:00 PM in our auditorium. This performance features the Wheatmore Concert Band and is free to the public. Please come and enjoy an evening of great music!

Friday, May 25 is Yearbook distribution day.  We will operate on a modified class schedule that day to accommodate the yearbook presentation program.

Seniors will not receive their diplomas until their fees are paid in full.   Juniors, Sophomores and Freshman, will not receive their report cards until all fees are paid.

You can take care of these fees by stopping by the Main office and paying Mrs. Bugg or Mrs. Hawkins.

All RCC students need to return their RCC textbooks to Mrs. Tuggle as soon as you are finished with your class.  Any student that does not turn in their textbook will be placed on the fees owed list and will have their report card or diploma held until these textbook fees are paid.

Monday,, May 28 is a holiday, the school will be closed.  We will reopen on Tuesday, May 29.
