Service Club is collecting new blankets and winter gear for families in Western NC. Our hearts go out to the many families and victims that were impacted by Hurricane Helene. If you are able to help, you can send in donations with your child or drop them off at the front office. Your help is greatly appreciated!
Items needed: new blankets, gently used coats, new winter hats and gloves

Join us This Thursday October 17th for Camp Read a lot Title I night at our school. Grade Levels will host live sessions to share information about reading assessments, reading strategies with you so you can know how to help support your child with reading and you'll also be given activities that you can use at home to help them grow as readers.
We hope to see you there!

Teachers’ Day aims to raise awareness of the importance of the role played by teachers all over the world. They dedicate their lives to making an impact on the way children learn and grow and turn into adults.

The Book Fair will start this Friday September 27th-October 3rd!
At the Scholastic Book Fair, kids shop without cash thanks to eWallet, a digital payment account for purchases at the Fair. Family and friends contribute funds. Then kids choose their own books. It’s convenient, simple, and secure.
If you'd like to set up an ewallet for your child to shop the book fair you can visit our fair's homepage to create a free eWallet account. There are three ways to fund an account: Add money with a credit card, use funds from a previous eWallet, or invite friends and extended fam to contribute. https://www.scholastic.com/bf/farmerelementaryschool

Please click the link below for a transcript of the phone message from the Superintendent to parents on 9/20/24 regarding the early release on Thursday, September 26.
